I am a relatively new official, just 6 years of experience, no chair or professional experience. How may I become an observer, so I may learn?
Great question Garrett. Contacting your Assignor is a good first step. I’ve attended events like this in a group with a skilled official assigned to our group. They enhanced our experience by pointing out what makes the observed official so skilled while answering our questions. Good luck!
