At the meeting we will review notable developments in PNW tennis officiating over the last year and answer any questions about areas of interest or concern. We will also finalize candidates for the three seats (of nine total) on the Board of Directors whose terms have ended this year. We encourage anyone interested in growing their tennis network, learning more about all aspects of tennis officiating, recruiting new officials, or just giving back, to put your name forward and get on this year’s ballot. Simply reply to this email and we can get the process started!

Important Contract Update: In 2025 USTA/PNW declined to accommodate PNWTOA’s contract requirement for an increase of our basic hourly rate to $25/hour. Therefore, we do not have an umbrella contract with USTA/PNW for their hosted and directed events as we have in previous years. However, we have maintained this $25/hour rate in our updated Schedule of Minimums ( https://pnwtennisofficials.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/03/2025-pnwtoa-minimum-fee-schedule.pdf ), and we are pleased to say that so far USTA/PNW is honoring this rate as our assignors staff their events on a one-off basis this year.
